Product Quality
Pascall takes great pride in the quality and reliability of its products and as such operates and conducts training in the following workmanship standards:-
- J-STD-001
- IPC-A-610
Inspection and Test are performed at various stages of manufacture. A typical manufacturing flow chart is detailed in the Operations capabilities section – please refer to production capabilities section.
Pascall encourages the ownership of quality throughout the manufacturing cycle and as such sub-assembly product inspection is performed by suitably qualified Production personnel.
Inspection stages include:-
- Automatic Optical Inspection of Surface Mount assemblies
- Visual inspection of PCB assemblies
- Visual inspection of PCB integration to chassis
Independent QC inspection is performed at critical inspection stages in order to ensure highest quality of product. These include:-
- First Article Inspection
- Finished Product Inspection (prior to delivery)
